  • Pakistan has entered into an arrangement to borrow billions of dollars worth of oil
  • The country says it is also in talks with the bank to borrow Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)
  • Separately, Pakistan has received $6 billion in a bailout package from Saudi Arabia
