Thunberg’s nomination comes from three fellow Scandinavians, Norwegian lawmakers Freddy André Øvstegård, Mona Fagerås, and Lars Haltbrekken. “We have nominated Greta because the climate threat may be one of the most important causes of war and conflict,” Øvstegård told Norwegian media VG. Sorry but race, religion, and resources will always be the most important causes of war and conflict.
