Marina - this one has already been discussed extensively in another thread and in that thread I complained that no storage capacity figure is given, just the output - we need an MWhr figure, not just the MW figure cited. I looked again at your link and then at a couple of other stories on that proposal and none give the effective storage capacity. In fact they all seem to simply repeat the company announcement with a few embellishments by the journalists, mostly about how the green future is nigh. I don't suppose that in your endless quest for green future stores to throw at us, you can find a storage capacity figure?
