Just wonder what would happen if the shipping industry just pushed back and said they would not comply with the new regs as they were just financially impossible to meet?

Firthermore, how do you force a global industry to comply with a regulation set to satisfy a 'science' which is not settled?

I guarantee you the world needs shipping more than they need to try and satisfy the Paris Accord.
