Pavel + 384 PP April 24, 2019 Russia will start delivering its S-400 missile defense systems to Turkey in July, the head of Russian state arms exporter Rosoboronexport said, according to Interfax news agency. “Everything has been already discussed and agreed,” Alexander Mikheev told Interfax. The United States has threatened to impose sanctions if Turkey seals its S-400 deal with Russia. Ankara has said its purchase should not trigger sanctions as Turkey is not an adversary of Washington and remains committed to the NATO alliance.

If Erdogan decides to break with Putin and Russia he will have problems in Syria, problems in Tourist Industry, problems with energy and problems with his base which is anti-American, anti Western and friendly to Eurasian. Without Russia he will survive with some scratches and minor wounds, but hurting U.S. he has no chance to survive...In this case he will become an other Maduro. Turkey will almost certainly have the S-400. No diubt. The US Congress will make a noise, it may even block the F-35 in a while, but in the end the S-400 will be a fact on the ground that they will have to learn to live with. I can't see the US blocking F-35 transfers forever. It gives the US too much control over the Turkish air force...

I think that the S400 purchase is the best sign of Turkey's exit from NATO and realignment with Russia. It's impossible to keep one foot in NATO and another in Russia?
