so.. after 17 long years, the legislature passed a bill that would reform Nigeria's petroleum sector. Senate approved late last year, now legislature. All that's left is for the president to sign it. It's supposed to increase transparency in the sector and be more inviting to foreign investments in oil.

Now if they can just get those pesky Avengers under control...
