suspected shooter in a DAPL protest (for firing at officers) was let out of her halfway house prior to trial to attend adult learning classes and was arrested because she didn't actually go to class. She had reached a plea, I guess, to get out of a life sentence. Don't you think you would be taking it a bit more seriously if death penalty was on the table?
