OPEC has reportedly reached an agreement to extend prodction cut to end-2018. Not sure yet whether libya/nigeria will be included. NOPEC/OPEC meeting is still in progress.

Looks like they're capping Nigeria's output at 1.8 million bpd, but no decision on Libya yet.
