I know this is hitting out at China, and at first glance it seems it would be good for US solar. Digging deeper, looks like it's going to harm US manufacturers as well. Kate Turlington + 44 KT January 23, 2018 Actually, it depends where you are in solar business. If you're manufacturing solar panels, this will benefit you. If you're installing, it will hurt. It'll slow down new solar capacity as I see it. And it will hurt any producers here who are using Chinese parts to manufacture solar panels.
