U.S. court rejects environmental assessment for Enbridge pipeline in blow to Canadian oil sector

I found this quote particularly interesting:

“I think they’re going to have to take (a potential spill) much more seriously than just some hypothetical modeling and really be conscious about the headwaters of the Great Lakes,” said Frank Bibeau, lawyer for the Honor the Earth environmental group."

So... let's spill some oil and then clean it up for maximum realism? I mean, the opposite of hypothetical is actual, right?
