According to Lukoil, anyway. Warning against OPEC/NOPEC's sticking to the production cut. 

I realize price opinions vary and no one knows for sure where prices are headed, but this is the most outlandish forecast I've seen yet.

And I haven't seen these reports of Lukoil calling $150 oil
