That is actually funny!  In a macabre sort of way.

Given the abysmal performance of that 737-MAXX 8 machine when running on its computers, I rather doubt the flying public is going to put up with autonomous aircraft.  I have a chum of mine who is a Senior Pilot on the Tokyo run.  He tells me that they set the flight route from about 25 feet off the end of the runway to about 25 feet above the landing, and it is all done by entering in various codes.  I also recall that when that was done on KAL-007, a very small mis-entering of code resulted in the aircraft sliding voer the Kamchatka Peninsula, where the Russians went up and sent an air-to-air missile into it and blasted that plane into oblivion. Relying on computer technology does have its little risks.  who knows:  it just might be your day to go win the lottery of life.  Oh, well.
