Paris Agreement and it's Financing

Although a bit dated, this is a good read on where the financing was supposed to come from to reach the goals stated in the agreement.

Since I have no idea where you are going with the article, have a random lizard I bumped into on Sunday.  Harmless 4 footer.  My brother mentioned that the lizard wasn't cute, so this was my meme reply to my brother.

I was attempting to point out the massive financial burden this Agreement handcuffs the developed nations to. Furthermore, all transactions are supposed to be in pursuit of a goal which besides being arbitrary, may be unachievable in any case.

There is no 'business plan' as to how these hundreds of billions of dollars are to be spent every year, but as this Agreement was hatched by a bunch of liberals I am sure that this money will be spent on 'feel good' programs in developing countries with no actual benefit to Mother Nature in the slightest.
