If you want to educate yourself go to Enterprise Products LP website and play their Q2 CONFERENCE CALL.

They know what they're talking about.  They've committed Billions to expansion.  

" All new US Crude and NGLs volume will be exported."

They continue to expand Houston Ship Channel .  They are going ahead with Offshore Crude Export Terminal (SPOT SeaPort Offshore Terminal) with commitment from Chevron.

Per EP, " HOUSTON Ship Channel is as important as Straits of Hormuz" , without limpet mines and the tanker hostage problems.

The Permian Doubting Thomas's are in for a Huge Surprise !  

PERMIAN WILL THRIVE.  JUST WAIT TO SEE WHAT THE THREE NEW PIPELINES FROM PERMIAN PROVIDES  (4 when you add Exxon/Phillips 1million barrel)

Then add the increased production from South America, Western Africa, Libya, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait,  . . . 

Maybe millions barrels more from sanctioned countries Iran and Venezuela when they get their act together.

Where is OPEC in the STAGES OF GREIF: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance ? 

For all intent and purposes OPEC is the "Walking Dead".  They just can't bring themselves to admit that if not dead, then at least they are comatose.

OPEC + might act like they are united , but in reality agreement will fall apart way before Q2 2020 end date.

BIGGEST LIE IN THE OIL INDUSTRY : "THE PERMIAN HAS PEAKED"
