EIA Imports decreased 1.7 mm/day , exports increased 1.2 mm/day X 7 days = 13.3 less Inv. NO MASSIVE DRAW. Just moved offshore.

No major inventory draw just added to offshore inventory.

But oil trades in that one data point so go with the flow
