Is There A List Of CEO's That Betrayed The US By Transferring Technology To China?

Recommended Posts

The idea of forcing China to change its' laws to stop forced technology transfer is foolish. You cannot change their behavior. However, we CAN do the same thing as we did in the Cold War with the Soviet Union and make it illegal for American Companies. We can then work with our allies to do likewise. People went to prison during the Cold War for violating this law.

Meanwhile, the CEO's of American companies who have already given technology to China KNEW it would be stolen. But, they didn't give a damn about their country, their company, or their workers - only their salaries. These people should be outed.

So, is there already a list of these CEO's on the internet? I haven't been able to find one.

ALL the CEO's are guilty.  Trump is right to order ALL American firms to leave China.

You have to understand that the WTO obligates the transfer of technology to developing countries.  China was a developing country at its ascension to the WTO, and still counts at one based on its current per capita GDP.

”The obligation for developed countries to provide incentives for technology transfer is in Article 66.2. Least-developed countries want this requirement to be made more effective. In Doha in November 2001, ministers agreed that the TRIPS Council would “put in place a mechanism for ensuring the monitoring and full implementation of the obligations”. The Council adopted a decision ( IP/C/28) setting up this mechanism in February 2003. It details the information developed countries are to supply by the end of each year on how their incentives are functioning in practice.... Since then, developed country members have submitted new reports every third year and updates of these reports in the intervening years."

The Obama administration was actively transfering technology to China - even Nuclear Technology!  https://www.hsdl.org/%3Fabstract%26did%3D786796&ved=2ahUKEwjLz6nO57TkAhXGknAKHfiKCB4QFjAAegQIAhAB&usg=AOvVaw2X4D8CBZu8kJfmvcoecS_I&cshid=1567519111549 - one of the first things that the Trump Administration killed.

Trump has also crippled the functioning of the WTO by blocking the appointment of judges to the Appellate courts.  He is also threathening to withdraw the US from the WTO effectively killing it in the process.

Look to the Universities as well.  A hotbed of International theft happening at our most "prestigious" universities.  American universities are very anti America and very pro global, pro socialism, pro communism, pro American regulation.  They let foreigners in for free, and allow many to go back home with the blueprints; never paying a dime for it.  Kindness may well be America's greatest weakness, or putting faith/trust in others that have no recourse for the same.

Thinking that China was a "trading partner" was many a American's first mistake; maybe all politicians (shills).  China is an adversary in every regard.  They are no partner to the west.  Luckily, Trump will win, and China will die.
