But you only lose your ass in a minute if it's a position you've taken that's too big for your bankroll. Little and often baby. In and out. Hear what you're saying but sometimes you can just ride a few candles and get outta Dodge happily. If every slight move makes you have a panic attack you shouldn't be in there. Haha well I hope not. Again, that should only happen with cockiness and increasing your positions beyond your bankroll, mixed with stubbornness and stupidity. You gotta take emotion out of it, like poker. P.S - I used to play poker for a living. Still play now and again but yeah there are a lot of similarities actually. Your poker metaphor is true. OIL is the closest thing to Black Jack, and back betting on info available on how that hand or trade will play out, based on information which is in front of your eyes, blackjack is like a very quick oil trade. Too many variables based on an unknown or unreliable source (The deck or the Geopolitical arena). But Fun no doubts.... Ethanol much easier to play with, but doesn't rock my boat. PS-Edited my mistake on poker and black jack- thats why I dont go to Casinos lol.... Guest September 17, 2019 Haha well I never played that. There is a reason no one plays BJ for a living... Actually, I tell a lie. When I joined the casino, you got like a free £10 chip for BJ. I put it on red, it came in black. I thought fu*k this, can't even win a flip lol. Never again, or any machines or any of that crap. I mean the psychology of it, knowing when to fold, the crazy moves and swings, protecting wins, cutting losses, knowing sometimes it's just not your day and there's always tomorrow so just leave, blah blah....
