Total investing in Guyana offshore. And I get it--next door neighbor Venezuela is sitting in the world's largest reserves, Guyana is likely to have lots too. Are we going to see Guyana filling the void left by Venezuela? Are these big oil companies going to face the same challenges/risks that they faced in Venezuela?
