Marina Schwarz + 1,576 February 7, 2018 Greenpeace is challenging a Norway court's decision to leave Arctic oil licenses in place. last year it went to protest against Arctic drilling on an icebreaker. Icebreakers run on fossil fuels, right? So, how hypocritical is to protest against drilling for the commodity that is then used to make the fuel they use for their icebreaker? Or am I being еxcessively petty?
Missy + 43 MM February 7, 2018 I always thought Greenpeace was a synonym for hypocrisy.
Adam Varga + 123 AV February 8, 2018 I agree entirely. This is a classic example of the hypocrisy. I wouldn't comment about their moves because I don't want to give them more importance than they deserve.
Kate Turlington + 44 KT February 8, 2018 Greenpeace has has its uses. I actually had a friend who worked for them mid-level. He said it was much worse than working for a big polluting corporation. I think everyone thinks they're all nice to work for, but internally I hear it's a war zone.
Selva + 252 SP February 8, 2018 We are talking about a lot of money and a lot of interest here. After all, although Greenpeace has some good ideas, they are acting just like a corporation and not a NGO we all expect to be.
