Trump attacks any conflicting opinion just like the China does. Trump would love XI’s power and his minions would support that idea being good German followers. Have we seen this before?

Trump could no more be a copy of that infamous German leader that walked his country into a devastating war that I could be a dancing ballerina. You have to remember that the vast majority of his followers are conservatives, not ignorant liberals. We want to have the Constitution upheld, we want to have peace and prosperity, we want the freeloaders off our backs and back to working again. We want the socialism ended. We would no more follow him down that path that you would. That leader talked about how the Jews were to blame for all of Germany's woes, while Trump is blaming the past government for all their follies in the past, not pointing out one group or party or race and blaming them. And I believe he wants us ALL to pull together to make a unified country again, where working class people can hold their heads up high and be proud to be an American. The demos have divided us all up into categories, black, white, hispanic, asian. Trump is trying to get us all to be Americans again. World War 2 was a prime example of all of us pulling together for a single cause and we lack that unity today. Our last POTUS POS did more to divide us than any POTUS I can remember since I started voting. Think about that, a country united as Americans, not African Americans, Asian Americans, Hispanic Americans, but AMERICANS. We can do it, but not while the demos are running the show, they have no clue how to do what Trump is doing right now, but they do know how to fill their own pockets, and I believe it scares the crap out of them right now. See how desperate they are getting with this impeachment thing? It's getting stupid now....

And everyone in America has the right to blast someone back about their conflicting opinions, it's in the Constitution. Even the POTUS has that right!!!

The technology china is introducing into their society in order to better manage and mitigate actions of state citizerns is merely the very beggining of what eventually will become global.   if anyone is interested wht the future of society will look like, look no farther then china.. They will become world leaders in citizen behaviour mitigations, that ultametly adds up into a peacful and violent free society.

Only Ai and advanced technologies applied by a highly moral and enlightened state apperatus, will combat extreme negitive unhumanly behaviour.

Yep, China is a 'highly moral and enlightened state'. That's who robots should learn from lol. They're so enlightened when Big Brother is in charge.

HAHAHAH read what the guy is saying atleast. We were talking about China and the NBA.

''Err .... but ....Trump''

You're funny man. I just find it amusing that the Democrats from what I can see have zero policies other than ''er,Trump, bad, now give me your money and we'll solve everything''.

AOC: War is awful! Just awful.

Trump: We are pulling out.

AOC: What?? Outrageous!

The desperation is hilarious. La la la back to Brexit shite ...

You have little understanding of how the US government works. The Dem’s and Rep’s put forward bills all the time. You need to read to know that. Only a compromise changes law other than a temporary presidents executive order. Your entire Dem’s have no policy claim just shows your foreign upbringing and little background experience the mechanics of US government.

@Boat   Did I mention changing law?  No. You need to read to know that.

policy noun  a course or principle of action adopted or proposed by an organization or individual.

''Trump is bad'' does not count.   Although from watching the Dems' rally, and it being clear they couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery, like the last rally, I understand why their whole POLICY / STRATEGY / GAMEPLAN / IDEA is ''errr... Trump bad......umm.. guns.. they're bad.. no wait....err.....climate? ....err Trump bad''

You seem to have have had an issue with me since the China/NBA .... ''err but Trump'' comment where you blurted out about Trump in a completely unrelated discussion, while praising rich basketball players who value money and the Chinese over their fellow citizens and freedom of speech?

Maybe I don't 100% understand US politics, but I understand this, as well as TDS, fake news and the seemingly selective memories of some Americans when it comes to their own politics.
No offence man but have to block I think as I mentioned in the other thread.
Cheers, take care.

Okay, give us a list of what bills the Dems have 'championed', or put forward, in the past 3 years which have become law. The bills are voted on by the entire house, but they are initiated or sponsored, by specific Comgressman or small groups of Congressman.

The Dem’s control what legislation is voted on in the house. Republicans control the Senate. If both pass a bill it has to be merged and ratified by both chambers. The bill is then passed on to the president. Government 101. No bill is a Republican or Democrat Bill, it is a compromise.

I think the awareness of how government works  is lost on the public. Maybe that’s why they hate congress so much. On the campaign trail nobody mentions the opposing party has to ok any bill if they control the house or senate.

China’s government recently released an app called “Study the Great Nation”, which pushes government-sponsored news and information to Chinese citizens.

It also features quizzes to learn about President Xi Jinping.

The Chinese government has not only promoted the app, but made it mandatory for government workers to sign in and use the app daily.

Some corporations are requiring this as well of their own employees.

And now a German cybersecurity company discovered the app has a back door, enabling Chinese authorities to spy on the app’s 100 million users.

I think they're referring to who sponsored the bill. Here's an example of one, sponsored by a Democrat and signed into law by President Trump.

You're right that both sides have to agree to pass laws through the house and senate, but the bill still has to start somewhere. Now, by the point its passed it may not read the same as it began. In that sense you are correct, they're rarely passed through without revisions from both sides. So I guess in that sense they're not 100% either side.

NBA Spectators Stage Anti-China Protest During Nets-Raptors Game

Dozens of anti-China protesters staged an in-game demonstration at a pre-season NBA game between the Brooklyn Nets and the Toronto Raptors in New York, after film producer Andrew Duncan bought 300 tickets for the activists.

Donning "Free Tibet" and "Stand With Hong Kong" T-Shirts, the NBA protesters banded together in anti-China solidarity, according to the BBCTwo people were seen wearing Winnie-the-Pooh costumes - as the cartoon bear has become a symbol to mock Chinese President Xi Jinping, who has banned the bear.

It's quite a leap to call that bill one that was championed by the Democrats. It's barely a bill, just some accounting

Officials in Beijing will combine the country's state-of-the-art facial recognition technology with a version of their controversial 'credit system' to speed up security checks in the city's overcrowded metro system, according to HKFPCameras set up at the entrance to subway stations will scan the faces of passengers, sorting them into different security channels, according to the director of the Beijing Rail Traffic Control Center, Zhan Minghui. He added that the plan will involve the creation of a "passenger credit system" in which 'white-listed' individuals will enjoy expedited security clearance. Those who receive "abnormal feedback" after their face scans will be subject to extra security measures.

"The technique aims to improve the efficiency of security checks and includes both body checks and luggage screening when large numbers of passengers enter the station," Zhan said on Thursday at an urban transportation forum in Beijing. In May, the Beijing subway announced that it had started "deducting credit points" from passengers who eat in metro cars.

Officials did not announce a timeline for the rollout. Beijing's subway system currently handles approximately 12 million trips on an average workday - a figure expected to increase to 17 million within the next two years.

China's use of facial recognition is becoming more commonplace. The Beijing Universal Studios amusement park which is currently under construction will admit visitors without a ticket - and will use cameras that scan their faces to determine whether they have paid for a ticket. Meanwhile, a new law published on the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) website and distributed to all Chinese telecom carriers on Sept. 27th requires that "all telecom carriers must use facial recognition to test whether an applicant who applies for internet connection is the owner of the ID that they use since Dec. 1. At the same time, the carriers must test that the ID is genuine and valid."

If that wasn’t Orwellian enough, Chinese scientists have recently developed an artificial intelligence (AI) enabled 500 megapixel cloud camera that’s capable of panoramic capture of an entire stadium with the ability to target a single individual in an instantGlobal Times reported.
