John Paul de Oliveira + 3 Jd October 13 My guess would be the Israelis, they want to limit Syrian oil supplies. They have a port in the Red Sea. No big oil spill. My guess on the SA refinery attacks by Iran were retaliation for the Israeli attacks of Iranian bases in Iraq. They see SA, IS & US or USA as having similar acronyms lol. I do not see a black flag operation as being to Iranian benefit, unless as pointed out an oil spill could block the desalination plants. I would think they would know that, but MBS seems particularly thick headed, so maybe the point needed to be made.
