Russia has now officially started up its massive $27-billion Arctic LNG project. Production started today, and first exports should be by week's end. Novatek is the lead developer here, and this project (Yamal) adds 16.5 million metric tons of nat gas a year to its portfolio.  Novatek is about to enter the big leagues ...
