Trump's environment chief Scott Pruitt thinks it is. 'We know that humans have most flourished during time of warming trends' said Pruitt. But do we really know that or is it just him?

He also admitted that humans contribute to climate change, but to some degree because "we live in the climate".  Whatever he meant by that.

Well, warmer weather in the winter does mean lower bills but that's a short-sighted view, to put it very mildly. How do we know humans flourished during "time of warming trends" whatever this means? Generally, warmer countries right now do much worse economically than colder/temperate ones, if you think about it...
