Meredith Poor + 895 MP April 11, 2021 If there are 7.8 billion humans on the planet, they probably make up less than .001 of the total mass of the planet, or even .001 of the mass of the biosphere... whatever .001 means. It appears that some unit of measure is missing in the title. The issue isn't the percentage of some component of the atmosphere or the landmass, but it's reactivity.
