An Oklahoma judge has slammed American Electric Power for basically trying to get the go-ahead for the Wind Catcher by cheating. She said they've used unreasonable data and have failed to ensure a competitive bidding process for no sound reason. The state, I hear, is tackling a budget crisis and a growing renewable power subsidy bill. Also, there are the oil and gas interests to contend with. Does anyone know how the wind subsidies compare with oil and gas ones?
