1. Democrat calls for boycott EU Ambassador Sondland's hotels 2. Sondland then agrees to testify 3. Sondland testifes in private hearing says no quid-pro-quo. 4. Then Dem calls for protesters outside Hotels 5. So Sondland changes his testimony

7. Amb Sondland testifies at public hearing contradicting himself time and again.  

8. Republican brings up the boycott in the public hearing.  Sondland says " yes, it is my understanding that they are protesting at my hotels right now as I speak"

9. Sondland then says there was quid-pro-quo.  

10.  Dems call off protests.

Sondland hotel business is worth hundreds of millions of dollars.  Democrats threaten to destroy him. He caves.  Do you blame him ?

I agree that the Democrats seem to be absolute scum but the comparison to Saudi law is a little odd Jabbar. I seem to remember a thread about 'bone saws' ?
