But definitely the dynamics of the US as LNG exporter, Qatar ramping up its production and exports, turmoil in Latam, China economic and financial outlook for next year, make altogether an interesting panorama for tne next meeting of this bloc amid turbulent moment for OPEC and Russia cut deal while Europe develops its own Green Strategy and the shift to renewables is importantly underway surely to impact the oil demand in 2020 and beyond.

Once Qatar significantly ramps up its LNG production and LNG exports, the global LNG game should change yet again.
