While it will mention all the criminal acts that took place with FISA warrant it might say they don't rise to the level of a criminal act.  

Just like Comey said about investigation of Hillary. 

Another whitewash .

Attorney General Barr and Federal Prosecuter Durham have subpeona power and will do a thorough and fair investigation.  

Only it will probably take to next Spring/Summer to complete.
