How do your royalty prices compare to market prices?

Royalty Owners - Taking a quick, informal survey to see if you're concerned about Check prices that appear to be BELOW market prices?

1. Can you let me know if you're concerned??  Trying to get a feel for the number of owners out there.

2. What tools do you use to assess the difference between Check Prices and Market Prices?

Do it yourself in Spreadsheet?  Use Software package like MineralWare, MineralSoft or Kerson Dynamics???

We're working for a number of royalty owners in the Eagle Ford with these concerns and are trying to gauge if this is a concern all over the oil patch??
