US coal finds politically expedient home in Ukraine

Anyone see this US coal deal with Ukraine? This is how Ukraine buys US support--by taking coal that Trump needs to offload to make some his coal-constituencies happy.

Wow, it's actually a great deal for everyone. Irritates Russia; props up Ukraine (not necessarily a great thing because it's wildly corrupt; and makes American coal voters happy. Gotta dump that coal on someone.
