A survey has apparently conclusively proven that Norway has avoided the so-called Dutch Disease named after the Netherlands' drop in manufacturing activity after the discovery of oil and gas. Well done, Norway, now stop producing oil and gas and start manufacturing, uh, wind turbines and stuff.
