African government are after miners for not paying enough taxes and not keeping up their promises to create jobs. On the one hand, there's the very attractive example of what Australia did to Chevron for trying to avoid paying taxes. On the other, I'm not sure how genuine this concern is and how much the governments want more money for themselves.
