Three Dictators in One Place: Meeting in Turkey - Erdogan, Putin and Rouhani

5 hours ago, rey said:

The purpose of Putin in Syria is not to fight against ISIL, but to hold on to the throne the bloodthirsty dictator Assad. Russian punishers are bombing civilians in Syria and troops fighting with both the ISIL and Assad. And almost never bombed exactly ISIL.

This is done only by the Western Coalition

I can't tell if this is a joke or not.

Each ETF is assigned a score for each of the above
factors and then total score is arrived at by adding
the weighted scores of all factors, using the
factor weights assigned by our proprietary ranking
model. Total score is used to assign rating
from #1 through #5 within an asset class.
The methodology also takes into account the risk
preferences of the investors and divides each set
of ETFs following a similar investment strategy
(style box/industry/asset class) into three risk categories-
High, Medium, and Low. The aim of our
models is to select the best ETFs within each risk

Three Dictators in one place - could you furnish some evidence as to why these 3 Leaders are termed Dictators? They were all elected by voting by their respective electorate.

Ok. If you are looking that way, than we could say how Hitler is also elected by the voters.("respective electorate", as you sadi) Same like Mussolini, or later Nicolae Ceausescu or... Every site or organisation for Human Rights, democracy etc. has a huge file about "democracy" under Putin, Erdogan or Rouhani....

Of course it's not the same level of state control and methods in these counties, but they are miles far away from democracy. Last year, the "attempt" of a state - putsch in Turkey, a mas killing of protesters in Iran this year, the killings and poisoning of opponents in and outside from Russia.... Brutal methods used only by dictatorial regimes
