Of course it's not the same level of state control and methods in these counties, but they are miles far away from democracy. Last year, the "attempt" of a state - putsch in Turkey, a mas killing of protesters in Iran this year, the killings and poisoning of opponents in and outside from Russia.... Brutal methods used only by dictatorial regimes
