Yeah, it should be zero, the reason why Wind turbines expected lifetime is between 20 to 25 years has nothing to deal with the power output degrading but more or less to the degradation of plastics under UV radiaton, along with the thermal changes and cracks that are expected from them operating in a windy place

Obviously it should be zero! They are essentially perpetual motion machines with such superior bearing technology and metallurgy from alien civilizations that they are not affected by friction or corrosion!
