Things are now winding down, the era of Climate panic and CO2-phobia is fading fast in the rearview mirror.

I read the link man, It doesn't say anywhere that people are abandoning CO2 reduction efforts.

They straight out wrote  "emissions will decline by between 32% and 43% by 2030" - that is not quitting. They are just not hitting targets and as a result of that people will likely INCREASE efforts - not abandon goals.

Imagine you draw up a budget designed to save money for a vacation.  Your goal is to save $250/month for a year.  However, after a few months you notice that you have only been putting $190/month into the vacation account.   Does missing a savings target mean you should abandon the vacation goal? No.  Smart people would instead reassess their spending, adjust their behaviour, and then get their vacation in the end.

Weaklings pick the easiest, quickest, or cheapest option.  They lack self-control for delayed satisfaction and therefore fail to achieve great things.

The price of oil is falling fast, refineries don't want much more as the stockpiles of downstream products are high.

WTI is down to 76.86.  It was $77.47  just seven hours ago.

If the production cuts were stopped crude inventories would soar and people would get stuck with less than worthless oil.  Remember when the crude price was negative?

Man, it's over. Kick back and relax, your guy has been transitioned into the ashcan of history.

America is going to get greener due to bountiful CO2.

Enjoy. Turn on the air conditioner in your fossil fuel car. Take the family to the beach. Light up the BBQ.

So tomorrow there will be no efforts to fight pollution?  I think you will find it is not over.  As long as I am alive the fight against pollution will never be over.

I will not "kick back and relax."

I guess you don't read too good...a recurrent theme on these pages.

https://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/US-Crude-Oil-Inventories-Continue-to-Fall.html

"Crude oil inventories in the United States fell again this week, this time by 3.9 million barrels for the week ending July 19, according to The American Petroleum Institute (API). The reality was a far cry from analyst predictions which pegged the inventory move at a 700,000-barrel build for the week.

For the week prior, the API reported a 4.44 million barrel draw in crude inventories.

This week marks the fourth week in a row of API-estimated inventory draws for crude oil, for a total loss of  19.4 million barrels during that time."

In your fantasies you think you can debate and win?  You are a science-denying, China-loving, traitor.

You say "it is over."  So when the green revolution continues today, and it will, you must accept your mistake or just admit you are committed to lies and deception.  You know deep down nothing is over.

FYI I am good with the grill; It runs off natural gas, not charcoal.  Much less cancer risk, no ashes to clean, no tanks to fill.

Man, you lost big time and are still blissfully unaware of it. No surprise there, self-awareness is a rare commodity among the loony left.

That's fine, just relax and fire up your BBQ with natural gas, and pump your gasoline tank full of fossil fuels, push your gasoline grass mower around your back yard...the world is fossil fuel friendly in your neighborhood.

You contribute to the fossil fuel future whenever you enjoy life.

Here is what kicked the late Biden administration in the mouth and from which it never recovered.

The rule of law. The new lawyer candidate was not helpful to old Joe in avoiding this federal catastrophe in the courts.

https://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/Federal-Judge-Blocks-Bidens-LNG-Pause.htm

"In his ruling, Judge Cain said that the government’s move had been arbitrary, capricious, and unconstitutional and that it had violated the Natural Gas Act. Judge Cain added that the Department of Energy had gone “above and beyond its scope of authority.”"

Why are you blithering on about Biden?  He is not even running anymore and the election has very little to do with the green revolution (the thread topic). The world is bigger then the USA election and the fight against pollution will continue.  Even within the USA powerful states like California will carry on with their own environmental plans, as they always have, regardless of who is POTUS.

Trump won't debate Harris yet, probably because he wouldn't be going up against an old man and would / will get his ass handed to him.   You will be wishing that Biden was still running very soon.

Go back to explaining how coal is a non-polluter and that we should mimic the great nation of China. Spare us your political subterfuge in this thread traitor.  Use the political divide thread if you must spread lies.
