India, the third largest consumer of the crude oil in the world, is the latest to publicly voice the concerns. This is not the first time that India took this step; when it made a similar plea last time, it did not go down very well with Saudi Arabia; it actually evolved into a serious diplomatic spat between the old allies, while the ministers in question publicly trading barbs.
