hemanthaa@mail.com + 64 June 30, 2021 Judging by the emergence of patchy news, the OPEC+ may have been forced to walk the tight rope while getting the balace right in the wake of the outbreaks of new Delat variant of the Coronavirus. When they made their calculations a few weeks ago that the demad will grow with the pandemic being behind us, may not work in light of new realities - at least in the short term. Getting an agreement right within the OPEC+, however, is easier said than done, as some members really want to hike the production - and sell more to cash in on the high oil price.
