Marina Schwarz + 1,576 August 4, 2018 A few days ago Reuters estimated OPEC's July production had only inched up by 70,000 bpd. Now S&P Platts says it estimated it had boomed by 340,000 bpd. These are very different figures and the sources are both supposed to be credible. Who does one believe?
