Cryptocurrency to be regulated?

Digital currencies have caught the attention of regulators and policy makers across the globe as bitcoin and ethereum have exploded in value over the past year. hat booming market has raised public interest in the currencies as well as concerns about the risk posed by scams and hacks. Looks like regulators across the globe are already taking initial steps toward rules on digital currency in 2018.

As far as I know, financial regulators in India, UK and other countries have all said they are examining how to regulate the digital currency. Russia and China have taken tougher stances, cracking down on the currencies.

Yes but so far U.S. regulators have been hesitant to intervene, even though they issued guidance and warnings about the potential dangers of investing in cryptocurrency.

well, before cryptocurrency we had diamonds, bearer bonds, gold, and US$ cash for illegal commerce

No, I think that the value of Bitcoin and other virtual money will go up because the Fed just continues to print money and devalue the dollar

Its fine to trade in bitcoin as long as you treat it no different than day trading. One should never spend money on it you can't afford to lose.

 think the future will involve individual countries releasing their own official cryptocurrency to eventually replace cash.
