Yep, go where the money is. Perhaps Mexico's sweeping energy reforms have opened some new back doors for the cartels.

Who's new Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzman ? Yet the weak, corrupt Mexican Government can't do nothing to destroy cartels.

At the same point Mexico has to declare a national emergency and mobilize their nation to fight the drug cartels.. It's a only rational move, but mexicans wait for this already  a century

Barely see a difference between crime and government in this country. They are the same people.  The cartels are in fact an arm of the Mexican government.

Chapo was one of the, probbybly, hundreds chapo's across the Mexico... Who'll stop the drug cartel? They can only slow it down....

Mexico's true problem is that its foundation was built on corruption and that corruption permeates every single facet of their culture and society. That is why it is so easy to steal that oil by threatening and bribing employees.
